New Britain Branch NAACP will also be host to an all-day Connecticut State NAACP Conference which will be held at CCSU's Student Center (Alumni Hall), Ella Grasso Boulevard, New Britain, CT on October 28, 2006 beginning at 9 A.M. Special guests will include Rev. Al Sharpton with a Debate to take place at 7 P.M. between U. S. Senator Joseph Lieberman and Ned Lamont, both candidates for U. S. Senator for Connecticut. A Health Fair and workshops will also be featured during the conference.
